When coming to a stop it feels like the brakes are grabbing briefly and then releasing.

Brakes feel like they are grabbing just as I come to a stop

Hi,
Have you inspected the conditions of the brakes? Are there any noises associated with braking?
Often times, a warped brake rotor can give that sensation. Even a brake drum that is out of round can do it. Do you have any vibrations in the steering wheel or brake pedal when you apply the brakes?
