Good morning,

I would always replace rotors with every brake job.

Make sure you use ceramic brake pads to eliminate the squealing.

Metallic pads contain bits of metal. When they get hot, the metal comes to the surface and contacts the rotor giving you the noise.

Use premium rotors. The cheap ones will make noise and warp from heat.

Only if you have issues with the brakes pulling one way or the other.

Roy, one more question. I do not have pulling but if I need calipers can I still put brakes and rotors on without new calipers until next week due to not having the money?

Sure. I would make sure you still have the issue after you replace the pads and rotors.
