Brakes grinding at end of stop. only new pads, rotors have been installed five weeks ago.

Hi Billy!
It could be that there is something wrong with your ABS wheel sensor(s).
I'd test those first. Here's a guide on how to do that and also a guide on how to replace them if they are bad:
