So I replaced the CV axle on the passenger front, spindle/bearing, and lower ball joint. After getting it all back together realize they gave me the wrong CV axle they gave me the one with ABS. So I got the right one. Got it all back together and the spindle didn't match up the new one I just bought so I had to go get the right spindle got all back together now the rotor is too close to the caliper and it's grinding the back of the rotor and wore down the brake pad on the inside significantly. I didn't do anything to the brakes or the caliper while I had it apart and I push the piston back in the calipers before I put back on. I just don't understand why this is happening.

It seems like the rotor sitting too far back on the spindle where it's rubbing. I changed the spindle and they say it was right.I noticed my rim where the Lugnuts are, it's kind of bored out a little bit.

Couple things. Can you get pictures of what you are looking at? Next we need to confirm it is installed and torqued properly so I attached the process below on how to do just to run through and make sure you are not missing something. Here is a guide that will help with this as well:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-cv-axle

Lastly we need to confirm you have the correct axle. There is a right and left axle and manual or automatic transmission, and with or without ABS. Clearly you have seen the chances of getting the wrong one so that may be the issue.

I attached the OEM part numbers that you can cross reference with what they gave you. However it looks like your part number is 434100605084 but please confirm that on the attached documents.

Let us know what you find with this. Thanks
