Had all brakes and rotors changed but rear brakes rattle when you hit bumps, but when you bumps with the the brakes on no rattle.

Is this the noise that you are hearing? Refer to the link below. Most likely it is the type of issue. It appears your pads are a little different design but the basic idea is the same.
The brake caliper hardware may be the issue. Just make sure they installed a new set because some brake pad sets do not supply new hardware so the shop tries to reuse the old or just installs the pads without the hardware.
