After replacing the Electronic Brake calipers and brakes, now the rear passenger tire is apparently dragging against the rotor?

It is eating the brake pad on the outside of the rotor and causing rotor damage.

We've replaced the caliper twice thinking it had seized and was causing the rubbing, now we are not sure what's causing the issue.

The electronic brake seems to engage when activated, but we are at a loss and need help, please and thank you.

So, there is a procedure on replacing these brake parts, also I would check the caliper slides in the caliper mounting bracket, they should move smoothly. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
