What is the correct part number for the Brake Proportioning Valve for this vehicle?

Interestingly, that is the same part number as my manual shows. See pic 1. And yes, it is for 4 lines. When I look under Camry only (not Solara) it shows me the one you need but there is no part number. See pic 2 below.

I did a little more research and "Think" you have a late model 2003 production vehicle, and 2004 parts may have been used. The part number I believe you are looking for is 9041210140. Take a look online and let me know if that is what you have.

I found your suggested part, but it appears to have only 4 ports. On my car, the 5th port is located where the yellow paint appears in this photo:
