I recently changed my brakes on my voyager and after about a month I noticed that I was loosing brake power and there is a hissing sound when I press down on my brakes. The brake fluid level is normal and the pads were installed correctly. Please help me to locate and fix the problem. Thank you

When you experience the problem, is the brake pedal harder to push?

I believe the power brake booster is bad. It is vacuum operated and mounted behind the master cylinder. Open the hood, start the car, and have a helper depress the brake. See if that is where the hissing is coming from. Also, check the vacuum hose between the booster and the engine intake.
