Brake pads reset?

Boy, you work on some high-end vehicles. LOL As far as the sensor, was any damage done where the sensor wire connects? There is no reset.

I can say that in this case, since an already ground brake pad wear sensor has to be replaced, although the minimum brake pad thickness has not yet been reached, it is necessary to file down the new sliding contact with a file to the same length as the ground sliding contact. Is that something you did?

Hi,

Try this:

1) With your foot off the brake, press the start/stop button.

2) Press and hold the mileage reset button until the optional resets appear on the cluster.

3) Release the mileage reset and press it until you reach the brakes (front). See pic below.

4) Once you come to the front brake reset, press and hold the mileage button until it asks if you want to reset it.

5) Press the button to reset.
