Brake pad replacement

Is it necessary to replace the front brake pads at a certain mileage even though there has not been any problems (squeaking) with the brakes? They are original equipment.

No, it is not. There is no mileage interval for changing the pads. It depends on your driving habit.

There are squealers on the pads to warn you when the pads get low.
