brake lights, turns signals, dashboard lights not working and cant shift out of drive

i have a 91 nissan maxima it drove fine then i parked it a few days ago, i started the car this morning tried shifting out of park and couldnt so i checked to see if my brake lights were going on and they werent so i tried my turn signals and they didnt work either. then i noticed none of the lights on my dashboard were working i replaced the neutral stop light switch last night and still have the same issues
