Brake lights/taillights turning on randomly while truck is off

Key out and headlights off the brake lights come on and drain the battery. I have replaced the multi-function switch. The left turn signal won’t flash, but the right does. The lights stay on even with the brake pedal switch and the flasher relay pulled. I welcome any ideas or suggestions.

Fixed I think. The ground above the spare tire seems to be the culprit. Cleaned and all is back to normal.
