Passenger side running lights were not working. I checked the fuse, it was blown so I replaced it. The brake lights are not working at all. Is there another fuse to check? With the running lights on, all of the bulbs light up but nothing happens when the brakes are pressed.

Yes, a "stop" fuse in the underhood fuse block.
It may be labeled #1 as in this fuse box diagram.

Okay, I checked it. I got the brake lights working with the brake switch over the pedal. Now the running light fuse for the passenger side keeps blowing . Any idea why?

Would that be the 29 or 39 in the underhood fuse block?
I assume that is 39 since 29 is for the left rear and the fronts are both on the same 40 fuse.
Remove both bulbs at the right rear light assembly and see if the fuse still blows. Check the bulbs and if the fuse does not blow, put them back in one at a time and see which cause the fuse to blow.
