Brake lights not working

My brake lights do not work and I cannot shift out of park. I replaced brake switch and no brakes and still cannot shift from park. Seems like my computer shift lock is bad maybe?

check fuses in picture. then try tapping module with a screwdriver handle it may work. then have it scanned as the module may be bad.
