Brake light staying on?

Brake light is staying on even after it's turned off the light switch is not on,parking brake is not active

So to be clear this is the brake lights at the rear of the car and not the brake warning light? If it is the brake lights at the rear of the car it will be the switch. The fuse stays how when the car is off FYI. and there is nothing in between. Here is the part that needs to be replaced. Check out the images (below).
