the brake light does not work

I replaced the cluster with a used one from eBay and the brake light does not work. is there a way you can reset the cluster to make the brake light work?

The cluster has nothing to do with the brake lights. Maybe the fuse blew (there are 3 of them), here is a guide and some diagrams to help us see what happened.
