New booster old one was out. so don't know what line goes where and size bolt goes in the booster or cylinder.

Here are the procedures for the master cylinder and booster. Unfortunately, I am not sure which lines you are referring to in order to better assist. Maybe taking pictures of what you are dealing with will be able to decipher what line is what.
