After replacing the left rear brake caliper and pads and thoroughly bleeding line.
The brake pedal is still low and feels mushy when pressed. (Just does not feel right) Should all wheels also be bled to fix or should left rear be bled more?

Yes. The rest of the brakes should be checked to find out if there is air in the system or the pads are low. If they are then they should be replaced.

If they are not low, then I would try to bleed the rest of the system just to ensure there is no air in the lines.

Let me know what you find, and we can go to the next step if needed. Thanks
