brake caliper leaking after changing front brake pads

I changed the front brakes and caliper while following instructions of your video. When I reconnected the brake fluid supply line I used the new copper washer that came with the (rebuilt) caliper. Now I have a fluid leak. I haven't had adequate time or daylight to fully examine the leak, but I feel it is probably at the union between the caliper and the brake hose. Should I buy a new washer from Toyota? Any suggestions?

Hello,

So you said its leaking from the connection where the caliper and the hose meets?
If the leak is coming from that connection, you should get a new washer and put it. As these crush washers need to be replaced if you happened to take off the bolt, as it will loose its ability to conform to the surface.
Also make sure the surface areas for both the hose and the caliper is nice and smooth and does not have any scratches or unevenness. If you can upload a picture of the leak.
