Bottomed out and exhaust came undone

Today I bottomed out, going about twenty five mph, and the car started to make low rumblings. I checked it out and it looks like the exhaust came undone. I am not sure if all it needs is done screws/clamps or if it needs to be taken in to get welded.
Any ideas?

Good afternoon.

You will need to replace the severed parts. The metal is rusty and old and chances of welding or at least holding are very slim.
