Both Front turn signals do not operate, and the flasher is on hyper blink mode?

Have you checked the bulbs? If they are bad, this will happen. I believe these bulbs are dual-element bulbs. Basically, it's two lights in one. If they both failed at the same time, let me know that as well because likely, that wouldn't happen.

Remove the bulbs and inspect them. Let me know what you find. I attached the directions below for replacement.
