engine size: 2.8
I check and change my oil when necessary, but was told that my engine was blown and needed a new engine. I was told it would cost 6500 (b/c i also need new radiator, thermostat and hoses, apparently by oil and coolant mixed b/c i have a crack in the engine)
There is minor work necessary on the body, leaks in the roof, and other minor repairs on air conditioning. The car does have brand new tires though.
Should I replace the engine?
Should I cut my loses and buy a new car?
Replace engine and sell, then buy new car?
Please help!
