Codes p0037, p0057 and P0057

Heater control circuit low is a shorted O2 heater circuit. Start by tracing the wires from the sensors up to the computer. Most likely item will be that they are hitting the exhaust or engine and have melted/chaffed through and are grounding out.

Hi, thanks for answer. when i plugged my obd there was p0036 Heated Oxygen Sensor Control Circuit B1S2.
p0056Heated Oxygen Sensor Control Circuit B1S2.
then i changed o2 sensors and now showing p0037 p0057. wires are good. i checked with multi-meter and heater circuit is good.

Which sensors did you change?

P0036 Heater Control Circuit B1 S2 = Broken or open heater control circuit.
P0037 Heater Control Circuit Low B1 S2 = Shorted to ground heater control circuit.

P0056 Heater Control Circuit B2 S2 = Broken or open heater control circuit.
P0057 Heater Control Circuit Low B2 S2 = Shorted to ground heater control circuit.

Do you have twelve volts at the red wire/white stripe on each sensor?
Check to see if the brown wire is grounded with the key OFF.
Next connect a test light between the brown and Red/white and turn the key on.

Do you have a scan tool that can command the O2 heaters on/off?

i changed down stream sensors. i will check.

hi i'm still serching for solution my friend checked ECM and wires, he sad that there was water wiers are rusted we cleand all wires but didn't changed ECM, he sad that maybe there was water to, going to change ECM. also diagnostic tool (launch )showed B1 S2, B2 S2, low voltage. someone told me that maybe it's bad cats symptom.

Bad cat won't cause an O2 low voltage. If the wiring has corrosion that would cause low voltage and if water got into the ECM then you can get a lot of codes that are not real codes but things caused inside the ECM.

hi ECM is good wires ar good every thing is good. i I remembered that the codes Appeared when mechanic removed exhaust (p0036 p0056) than i changed O2 sensors now showing p0037 p0057 :/ every thin is good all wires from ECM , wires from ECM to o2 are good showing 13.9 V. maybe liking exhaust is faulty ?

The wires showing 13.9 are the O2 heater wires. They are not the signal feeds.
Which sensors did you change? The ones showing the codes are the ones after the converters.

I changed down stream sensors

The first codes you had (P0036, P0056) both indicated a problem with the heater control circuits. Then after the exhaust and changing the sensors you now have P0037 and P0057, Both of those codes still indicate a problem with the heater control circuits, this time it's low voltage.

The battery voltage should be the same to all 4 sensors as they all use voltage from the same fuse. The heaters are turned on/off by the PCM using the Brown wires to ground them. The codes say that the voltage the PCM expects to see on that wire isn't correct.
Were the sensors you used OEM units or after market? It's possible they are just enough different that the PCM thinks they are bad, even if they are working.
BMWs can be temperamental like that. If the OEM sensor is 4 ohms and the new sensor is 5 ohms the PCM will see a lower voltage then it should. Even though the heaters are working you will get a code.

No Leaking exhaust.

That means the control circuit for the O2 heaters is still showing a problem. Has nothing to do with any of the data you posted, it isn't the actual sensor that reads the O2 content, it is the part of the sensor that heats up the internals so they work faster.

Either the wiring has a problem or the DME has a fault.

More than likely the replacement sensors don't fall in BMWs range of "good sensors" Not uncommon for them to be very picky about replacement parts.
