my bmw x5 is equiped with runflat tires and the rear tires are wearing from the inside at an extreme rate and the right rear tire got so worn that it got completely destroyed. my questions is, if this is a problem with the angle of the rear tires or if its the runflat tires?

With the age and mileage reported, I would get BMW to buy you replacement tires, and have the alignment checked with a printout of the before and after settings. BMW has always leaned towards quite a bit of negative camber, and this can lead towards tire wear on the inside edges, and run-flats, don't get me started on run-flats. Who's idea was that, Firestone? Didn't they supply tires for Ford Explorers? Boom boom, out go the lights. No love there mate ♥
