my oil pressure light come on after my car warms up and than go,s out for a minute what could be the problem

RASMATAZ

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge,if normal replace the oil pressure switch.If abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearing.

first thank you for your reply but now i hear a thump sound while the engine is running, could it be that I am having major problem my engine
