What is the mileage of the vehicle? Have you inspected the entire intake system for leakage? OBDII fault code generation is sometimes not precise when dealing with a generic scan. A too lean condition (P1090 & P1092) is most often a torn boot at the intake and it can hide from view. The boot can crack as it deviates to send air to the idle air control valve, check that and the cyclone separator can also be a problem depending on the age and mileage.
