2002 BMW X5 Front seat (driver)

The seat wont go back, all the buttons work well except when i want to make it go back.
If i push the memories it works well even going back but when i try to make it go back the button does not respond.

If I had to guess, I'd say it was the seat switch needs to be replaced.

I took it to the shop (not bmw) and they said the computer had to be reseted (you think so????)
