BMW does not refer to maintenance as "tune up" rather it is a maintenance procedure called an inspection. At 85k miles it should have had an inspection II at 60k. An inspection usually calls for replacement of fluids and filters and a visual inspection of the under carriage and power train and addressing whatever issues may need repair or adjustment. Simply stated it means changing the engine oil and filter on a time/mileage basis and seeing what the car needs to be safe for you to drive.
