the air conditioner blows cold on the driver side but not the passenger side. It is a manual system so there are not separate controls for each side.

This is a symptom of being low on refrigerant, the system needs to be checked for leaks and have the correct amount of refrigerant charged into the system.

I have the same problem - air does not blow cold only on the passenger side.

This happened a few months after I had an A/C leak repaired. I gauged the freon and it came out blue meaning that the correct amount of freon was in there.

So it is not a leak and it is not low freon. What else could it be?

The shop that performed the repairs should honor the repairs for a period of at least one year, this could also be a symptom of a blown fuse or something within the IHKA system that could be uncovered by having the system scanned with the proper scanning equipment.
