The heater on my BMW X5 is only producing cool air. Regardless of how much I drive, the temperature guage stays very low and I do not get much hot air. If I let the car idle for long duration, the temperature guage does go up some and I do get warm air then. Is this a heater core issue or a thermostat issue? Please advise. Thank your in advance for your attention.
