Rpm's are going up and down all the time, engine power reduced! after scanned we found following codes : (2CFB) and (2D09).
Throttle body has been replaced with used one.
codes cleared also .
but after restart engine again , same codes came back!
Any help please.

Check the wiring right at the TB, they are known for having loose pin fitment.
Next would be to do a full re-learn and reset of the throttle adaption. There are a few videos out there telling you how to do that using the throttle pedal. Unless you have access to a factory scan tool, those can do all of the resets as well as update the programming.

I would start with the reset procedures. If they do not help then you may need to replace the DME, but then you still have to do the programming with a new one. Many times cleaning the connections and doing the reset will take care of those codes.

Okay I will do the reset first, but I would like to ask, is it important of voltage of battery to be more than 12.50V?
The battery voltage now is 9.02V.
Thanks

Yes, the battery needs to be at full charge. Low voltage can set codes as well.
