Electrical problem

[img:0a6a4c4840]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/173116_harrelay_2.jpg[/img:0a6a4c4840]the other side works fine and all the other lights work fine, brakes high beams and so on I bought the car this way so I dont know what to do I am also missing the steering relay that goes in the K199 Servonic slot under the engine and the dealer cant tell me wich relay I need to purchase to put in this slot. can you please help
