2003 BMW 745

I have a '03 745Li and the compressor nor the blower are working. all the interior lights on the panel for the a/c work fine but nothing is blowing.If anyone has experienced this problem and could send me in a direction it would be greatly appreciated Thanks

The first step is to run a short test with the proprietary BMW software called a GT-1. The test results will direct the repairs. The next thing is to see if there is refrigerant in the system.
