i scanned a 2001 bmw 740i (for i know its germany made vehicle like VWs) for codes, got p0343,p0172,p0175 and p0103;cleared the codes but p0343(camshaft position sensor (A) (bank 1) circuit high input) stayed on.....cars idling is rough and also movement from stop is rough too,i have tried cleaning out the sensors but 'service engine light' came back on.what do i do?
