I'm having a problem wkith my steering wheel not turning. The car will turn on ok but no steering, it moves but no steering. I have no warning light indicator therefore I'm totally clueless. I checked under the hood and found that a belt around the fan/alternator (?) was stripping and the fan/radiator was very, very loose. What would cause this type of problem and what do you think the problem is?
