2001 bmw 740i v8 engine refuses to pick up speed smoothly from take off as it surges and acceleration is rough from scracth but vehicles movement is good at top speed.i also noticed the presence of engine oil on one of the plug outlet.i suspected a throttle and throttle body failure since the battery power output is not at the pick for i have to jump start battery in the morning during first start.what do i check assist please.
