my antifreeze is constantly leaking out and its not the holes nor is it the antifreeze container one mechanic told me that it is the fan clutch because it spends verysluggish and that he can stop the fan with his hand is this true??

Did he say the fan clutch was leaking coolant? The coolant leak might be from the valley pan. BTW there is no coolant in the fan clutch, maybe he meant the fluid inside the clutch all leaked out and the fan clutch does not work anymore and was at the cause of this issue.
