Transmission problem
1999 BMW 740 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
problem 1.
sometimes while driving the gear hang in gear 4 even when i use the manual it automatically turns to gear 4 and if i park the car and start driving again each shift takes a longer time up to gear 3 and hang there.When i stop the car, switch it off and start it again the problem disapear.
problem2.
when i drive the car for a round half an hour and slow down i hear a bump in the gearbox especially in gear 2. the same thing repeates when i switch off the car and start it again, the problem disapears.
