1998 BMW 740 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
I purchased a salvaged replacement speedometer for my car on Ebay, mine has lost most of the pixels. After swapping is myself, I quickly found out installation wasn't that simple, the gauges wouldn't work. I took it to my dealer to re-program it for my car but was told they can only be programed once, and would only work in the original car. I see so many for sale online, just wondering if they told me the truth.
