Engine Mechanical problem
1994 BMW 740 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 98K miles

My car stopped running in my work's parking lot. I know it's the o2 sensor. i need instructions on where it is located and is it possible to replace the sensor while it is jacked up in a parking lot. or is it to difficult to change due to the placement of the o2 sensor?

It isn't the oxygen sensor. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=GD43&mospid=47362&btnr=18_0222&hg=18&fg=05
O2 sensors have no effect on the cars ability to start and run. If the heater circuit is compromised then there will be a blown fuse.

Dr. Hagerty is correct, it is most likely the crank sensor or you have a bad fuel pump check all fuses and relays.
