**REPLACING ALL SPARK PLUGS**
Switch off ignition.
Version 1: (acoustic cover screwed down)
Remove seal caps (1) and unfasten nuts (2).
Remove acoustic cover.
Version 2: (acoustic cover with press-stud fastener)
Open press-studs (1 ... 4) one at a time, at the same time lifting the acoustic cover slightly.
Once all four press-studs have been opened, remove the acoustic cover.
Installation Note : Position acoustic cover and press downwards until press-studs (1 ... 4) click into place.
Remove sealing caps, unfasten nuts.
Remove cover from ignition coils.
Unfasten plug connection.
Unfasten screws on ignition coils.
Installation Note : Ground straps of cylinder head cover must be secured on ignition coils for cylinders 3 and 6.
Unscrew and remove spark plugs with special tool 12 1 171.
Installation Note :
*Tighten using special tool 12 1 171 and special tool 12 1 200 (torque limiter)
*Without special tool 12 1 200, not tightening torque.
Tightening torque = 30 - 33 Nm (22 - 24 ft lbs)
