1991 BMW 735 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

if water valve/heater valve has calcium buildup to prevent proper operation, can this be taken apart and cleaned out.?

It could. The age of the valve might make this a one way trip. I would be standing by with its replacement. A salvage yard might be a place to source the valve, try Autobahn in El Cajon Ca. @ (619)444-2290
