my inside rear door handle broke off.... can i replace it myself

Do you mean the door opening pull handle or the armrest? If the door pull, yes you can do it yourself. You will need the replacement part in hand(go to Realoem.com for the part) Pull the door panel and replacement is quite straightforward.
