1995 BMW 535 Starting

This BMW has been sitting for about 3 months without running and when I tried starting it recently,I could get it to start.I just cranks but wont start.I tried starting fluid abd checking my spark plugs but none of that helped.It was running fine before I stopped using it when gas shot up.What could be the problem?

It is a 530 not a 535. The problem could be anything, have you access to scanning software? If not, you are going to need it to isolate the problem.

i don't have access to the scanning machine but I can try and get one from a friend.In the meantime what other basics would I check as far as this problem goes?thanks for you help.
