I'm trying to replace my water pump. I have every bolt removed except for the lower bolt that is hidden behind the drive pulley. I don't want to have to take the pulley off, but I don't see any alternative since there doesn't appear to be room for a wrench to get behind the pulley. Is there a secret for me to avoid this fate, or am I destined to another several hours of "dealing" with German engineering genius?

How do I take the pulley off? The fan clutch was reversed, will the main pulley bolt be the same or will it be "normal". Thanks.
