So, I bought uses BMW a few months ago and it's been a great car even though ithas extremely high mileage. It had been kept in suberb condition inside and out for being over a decade old. Well, anyway yesterday I was driving and my car began to act funny. It seemed like it was running out of gas even though there was atleast 3 gallons in the tank. Then it completely stopped and wouldn't go any further. I took it to be looked at. The mechanic got it running again but told me there are 2 problems I must get fixed ASAP. He said that the Mass Air Flow Sensor and the PCvalve box need to be replaced. He quotes me an outrageous price and I was just wanting an honest quote. I'm a 25 yr old female so I don't know much about car parts and labor prices. I just want to male sure I'm not being scammed. Please write back soon. Thanku!
