hi I have a 2005 bmw525i it was running fine the night before,parked it and started the folliowng morning,it back fired 3 times, so lou.d that the nieghbors thought there was a explosion.......
now it starts,runs rough,and sounds like a popcorn maker in the rear 2 or 3 cylinders,the check ebgine light is on, but my snap-on solus scanner has no communication with the car,all the fuses in the trunk and glove box area are hot...i'm sure I could find the problem easier if I knew what the check engine light discloses but what to do.. Has anybody heard of this crazy problem.
