1995 BMW 525i seats and windows

I have a weird car, everything used to work seats reclined foward and backward up and down, window all work fine and one day all windows will roll down but sound like there off track when i try to roll them up. the sun roof is the only thing that will open. then my seats as well will recline back but wont incline foward. i hear the motor moving and feel the winding in the cable just no movement.
