Transmission mounts and drive shaft.

I have a 1995 525i with only 83000 miles that the dealer says needs new transmission mounts and a drive shaft. Does that make sense? They are quoting $ 1630 for this work.

what did the car go to the dealer for in the first place?
$1650 for a new drive shaft at the dealer is about right.
