1993 bmw 525i 210,200 mile window and door locks

my car was sitting for one year and half.I came and stared the car up ever thing was good but when i wanted to open my windows it did not open?one week past the back window open but the front did not.now my locks when I lock my doors my locks go up and down I have to sit there about three time I have to lock my doors so it stay lock can someone please help me.........
